Early in his career, while working at Nations Bank Headquarters, Todd Fecht learned of and witnessed the benefits of 501(c)(9) for Fortune 500 companies, bringing them huge tax advantages. In his research, he found that nearly 76% of the GNP small business owners did not have access to these benefits. This led him down a path of wanting to help those individuals, and he went on to create two of the largest 501(c)(9) trusts in the United States.

So, at the age of 27, Todd hired Baker McKenzie, the largest law firm in the world, to be his labor counsel. Additionally, for his tax counsel, he hired an attorney with Katten Muchin Zavis Rosenman, the fifth largest law firm in the world, who also authored 501(c)(9) while he served for the Office of Chief Counsel with the IRS.

In starting his own business helping and educating individuals on their financial future, Todd has many years of corporate entrepreneurial experience. He is the founder, President and CEO of First National Mutual Group, LLC, as well as other holding companies.

These companies operate in various sectors of the economy and include but are not limited to: Berkshire Real Estate Enterprises, Rosewood Investments LLC, Hathaway Commercial Properties, Berkshire Gem Holdings and Berkshire Energy. His companies have a diverse and comprehensive plan, as they grow different divisions intricately, while dealing with the cyclical realities of the economy.
